It’s one of our favorites, and this year, it’s returning to the Miller Park Amphitheater! The K-Country Showdown has been showcasing local and regional talent for more than 40 years. Come see these talented artists perform and compete. Admission, as always, is FREE!

We’ll see you all on Thursday, July 2nd, 7:00 pm, at the Miller Park Amphitheater, for the 2026 K-Country Showdown!!

Applications for contestants are open, and this year they’re expanding their opportunities with two age categories. See below for more information.

INFORMATION

This year’s contest is accepting application in two age categories:

  • Kids: Ages 8-15
  • Adults: Ages 16 & up

(Limited to 8 contestants per category)

Entry Deadline: Friday. June 5th, at 3:00 PM (ET)
Entry Fee: $30 (nonrefundable)

Prizes:
$300 cash prize for 1st place (Kids)
$300 cash prize for 1st place (Adults)
