New to this year’s Celebration is the Forcht Bank Firecracker Games—a two-day multi-sport tournament filled with fun and excitement! Grab your friends, bring your A-Game, and compete in one of these scheduled competitions:
- Co-ed Sand Volleyball
- Mixed Doubles Pickleball
- Gender Doubles Pickleball
The games are scheduled to run Monday, June 30 through Tuesday, July 1.

Co-Ed Sand Volleyball
Cost per team: $125 | 8 teams max
Team Size: 4-5 players Co-ed
Pool Matches: Monday, June 30 starting at 5:30 pm
Elimination Tournament: Tuesday, July 1 starting at 5:30 pm

Sand Volleyball, also known as beach volleyball, is a popular sport played on sand courts.
Pool tournament will be played round-robin-style amongst 8 teams divided into two pools. Single elimination will be played seeded bracket-style.
Mixed Doubles Pickleball
Cost per team: $50 | 24 teams max
Team Size: 2 players, one male one female
Pool Matches: Monday, June 30 starting at 5:30 pm
Elimination Tournament: Monday, June 30, immediately following pool matches
Location: Miller Park
Gender Doubles Pickleball
Cost per team: $50 | 12 male teams, 12 female teams
Team Size: 2 players, both male or both female
Pool Matches: Tuesday, July 1, starting at 5:30 pm
Elimination Tournament: Tuesday, July 1, immediately following pool matches

While it’s been around since the ’60s, Pickleball has recently seen a rapid growth in popularity due to its simpler rules and smaller court size.
Pool matches will be played round-robin style amongst 24 teams divided into six pools. Single elimination will be played bracket-style in a gold, silver, and bronze bracket. The gender doubles matches are further divided evenly into divisions, but keep the same format.
