Arts & Crafts — Marketplace — Political/Game Area

Booth Size: 10′ × 12’   Cost: $100.00/booth

Downtown Campbellsville on Thursday, July 3rd (5pm – 9pm) and Friday, July 4th (8am – 4pm)

** Vendors may also choose to set up at Miller Park for the Fireworks Show July 4th (5pm – 10pm). **
** $50.00 additional fee per booth to set up at Miller Park. Vendors must have booth on Main Street in order to set up at Miller Park. **

Arts & Crafts

This is a handcrafted market. If you don’t make what you sell yourself or if you do not make it by hand, it will not be allowed. Items sold must be at least 75% handmade (ex. jewelry vendors can use premade chains or cords for handmade pendants). Do NOT include any items in your booth space that you do not make yourself. There will be no computer printing, engraving, laser cutting, machine embroidery, or anything of this nature allowed to be done on-site in the Arts & Crafts area during the festival. Please submit Marketplace application for this type of booth space and for items that are not at least 75% HANDMADE.

Marketplace

This area is reserved for commercial products and services. Please specify whether the product or service is being sold or promoted.

ABSOLUTELY NO: food, prepared or unprepared; drinks or ice; raffles; chances; games of skill or chance; used clothing; sexually explicit materials; fireworks; firecrackers; explosives; nun chucks; stink bombs; silly string; colored hairspray; and absolutely no non-powder guns, including BB, airsoft, and pellet. Dangerous items or items of an offensive nature will NOT be permitted. NO GUNS THAT IMITATE REAL WEAPONS OR FAKE WEAPONS WILL BE ALLOWED. ANY VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF BOOTH PRIVILEDGES AND REMOVAL FROM THE MARKETPLACE.

Political

All political candidate booths will be placed in a designated area on Main Street to ensure equal access.

Church/Non-Profit Booths

Booth Size: 10′ × 12’   Cost: $50.00/booth

Downtown Campbellsville on Thursday, July 3rd (5pm – 9pm) and Friday, July 4th (8am – 4pm)

Church/Non-Profit

All church and non-profit groups will be set up in a designated area on Main Street.

All other types of organizations will fall under Political, which will be grouped with Arts & Crafts and Marketplace.

Food Court

Booth Size: 12′ × 12’   Cost: $200.00/booth

** LIMITED NUMBER OF BOOTHS ARE AVAILABLE **
ASSIGNED ON FIRST COME BASIS

Campbellsville Water Company Parking Lot on Thrusday, July 3rd (5pm – 9pm) and Friday, July 4th (8am – 4pm)

** Food Vendors may also choose to set up at Miller Park for the Fireworks Show July 4th (5pm – 10pm) **

Electricity for Booths

$20.00/booth additional to booth fee; Limited number

Please specify what will be connected to the electrical hook-ups and what type of service (110/220).

Note that electricity at Miller Park is generally reserved for Food Court and might not be available as it is provided on a first-come/first-serve basis. If you have a generator, please consider bringing one. If you absolutely need electricity at Miller Park, please contact us.

Additional Information

** Water may be given away, but cannot be sold except in Food Court. **

DANGEROUS ITEMS OR ITEMS OF AN OFFENSIVE NATURE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

Application Deadline

Applications and payment must be received by Friday, June 13th, 2025.

Applications received between June 14th – 25th, 2025, will be charged a late fee.
Booth Vendor Late Fee is $50.00. Food Court Late Fee is $100.00.

No applications will be accepted after Wednesday, June 25th, 2025.

Refunds

Requests for refunds must be in written form ONLY. All requests received by mail prior to June 24th, 2025 will be reimbursed 50% of all fees paid.

Reservations

The Campbellsville Fourth of July Committee reserves the right to reject any exhibitor they feel inappropriate for that area. Any such exhibitor will be required to leave and no refund will be given.

NO ITEMS CAN BE SOLD WITH THE CAMPBELLSVILLE FOURTH OF JULY NAME OR LOGO.

Setup

Exhibitors in Downtown Campbellsville will be allowed to set up Thursday, July 3rd after 2:00 pm. (PLEASE NOTE: YOU MAY NOT SET UP BEFORE 2 PM. If you are on Main Street to set up before 2 pm, you will be asked to exit Main Street and wait until 2 pm to return. Our committee members work on the day of the event until 2 pm to finalize booth spaces.) Vendors setting up at Miller Park will be allowed access only after 3:00 pm on July 4th.

You must check-in with the Board Contact Person (wearing identification) before entering the booths/food court area to obtain assigned booth location in either Downtown or Miller Park areas.

Breakdown

All exhibitors in Downtown Campbellsville must not break down until after 3 pm, July 4th.

All exhibitors at Miller Park must not break down until after the Fireworks Show, July 4th.

Parking

Please observe “No Parking” signs on public thoroughfares. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED.

Restrictions

NO ANIMALS (PETS OR OTHERWISE) WILL BE PERMITTED!

In agreement with the Humane Society and the Taylor County Animal Shelter, the Taylor County Animal Shelter will be the only organization allowed to display animals. Otherwise, there will be no selling or giving away of live animals.

Sales Tax

Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own Kentucky Sales Tax.

Payment

ALL PAYMENT ACCOMPANIED BY APPLICATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 13TH, 2025.

APPLICATIONS RECEIVED JUNE 14-25 MUST INCLUDE LATE FEE ($50.00 FOR BOOTH VENDOR, $100.00 FOR FOOD COURT VENDOR).

NO APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED AFTER JUNE 25TH, 2024.

Important Notice

“The City of Campbellsville now requires all temporary Food Vendors to complete a separate application and pay a $50 temporary fee by JUNE 21. The required documentation will be emailed upon registration and should be returned to the City of Campbellsville with payment. Please call (270) 465-7011 with any questions.”

Please note that this Temporary Vendor Form is a separate form only for Food Vendors. The fee associated with the Temporary Vendor Form is a separate fee from and does not apply to this Booth Application Form.
